 GINGER BANANAS (SERVES TWO)            

 Serve as a Valentine dessert.          

                                        

 ( ½ tsp chopped stem ginger in syrup   

 ( juice of 1 orange                    

 ( 2 tbsp ginger wine                   

 ( 2 bananas                            

                                        

 METHOD                                 

 ■ Mix together ginger, orange juice and

   ginger wine in buttered baking dish. 

                                        

 ■ Peel and halve bananas. Add to       

   baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes at  

   Gas Mark 4/350F/180C.
