 TUNNEL REVENUES FALL SHORT             

                                        

 Eurotunnel has braced investors for bad

 news by predicting that traffic and    

 revenues in 1995 will be lower than    

 projected in May last year.            

                                        

 The early weeks of commercial operation

 had been badly hit by limited          

 availability of Le Shuttle and Eurostar

 rolling stock, it revealed.            

                                        

 Eurotunnel said its revenues for the   

 whole of 1994 amounted to £30.6m.
