  I am having difficulty getting onto a 

  sport and exercise science degree     

  course because my diploma (proposed   

  NVQ 3) does not seem to be recognised.

  There is no such thing as a proposed  

  NVQ3, and the National Council for    

  Vocational Qualifications does not    

  list the diploma you mention.
