 Hundreds of disabled people braved the 

 cold weather to turn out and lobby for 

 Derbyshire NE MP Harry Barnes' Bill.   

                                        

 The Bill is virtually identical to the 

 Roger Berry Bill which was halted by   

 the Government last summer and is much 

 favoured by many disabled people.      

                                        

 Police had to send for bolt-cutters    

 after some disabled protestors chained 

 themsleves to each other and to buses  

 and Westminster Bridge.
