 Premier Manager 3 is substantially the 

 same as its PC forebear, Bull Mast 4.  

                                        

 But sadly, the changes don't work. Yes,

 the Assistant Manager to take care of  

 training and all that is handy, and the

 "all-pitch" match highlights might     

 please some (the stupid, for instance).

                                        

 But the multi-stage transfers are      

 appallingly dull and frustrating, the  

 new tactics editor over-complex and the

 difficulty too high. Realistic, maybe. 

 But for fun, stick to PM2.
