 People at the Rights Now lobby for the 

 Harry Barnes Bill were critical of the 

 arrangements in the House of Commons.  

                                        

 Carol Wancerton of Liverpool said: "It 

 was very cold inside and a lot of      

 disabled people do need to keep warm   

 and there was no food or drinks."      

                                        

 Another lobbyist, John Smith of        

 Northampton said: "The protest was     

 good. Direct action is going to be the 

 only way they'll take notice of us."
