  I understand that capital losses no   

  longer include an indexation          

  calculation, but that before April '95

  this can be allowed up to £10,000.    

                                        

  Is this correct? I have been told     

  verbally that the withdrawal of tax   

  loss indexation was reduced by the    

  £10,000 concession recently.
