  focus is placed on what we look like. 

  Magazines and TV are full of beautiful

  people. Sadly we judge ourselves by   

  example of others.                    

                                        

  Models and actresses aren't normal,   

  they're freaks. But we get depressed  

  because we don't measure up to them.
