          A few years ago Barry         

 Anderson's business went bust. He might

 have become homeless but found himself 

 in a mobile home - in conditions that  

 were as harsh as being on the streets. 

                                        

 Visiting sites around the country,     

 Barry discovers raw sewage, leaking    

 pipes, dangerous levels of damp and    

 rigged electricity meters.             

                                        

 The report also uncovers how site      

 owners encourage residents to make     

 false housing benefit claims - a real  

 "cash crop for their own enrichment".
