 DONNELLEY IN £9.4m ICD BID             

                                        

 US Marketing information provider RR   

 Donnelley Marketing Services has made a

 £9.4m offer for direct marketing group 

 International Communication & Data.    

                                        

 Donnelley is offering 14.5p for each   

 ICD share as part of the takeover.     

                                        

 "The acquisition has the benefit of    

 commercial logic and enhances ICD's    

 prospects as part of a larger          

 international group," a spokesman said.
