 CHARTER CHANGES                        

                                        

 Anthony Sanderson complained the Family

 Credit Unit Charter Statement left out 

 disability and a textphone number.     

                                        

 The FCU responded: "The statement is   

 reviewed each year and we will ensure  

 the reprint includes the appropriate   

 wording."                              

                                        

 "The need to incorporate the textphone 

 number is something we are aware of and

 has been done for July 1995. We plan   

 for all our forms to have this also."
