 Conservationists on the Wirral are     

 fighting to save a 150-year-old mansion

                                        

 Councillors say that the historic      

 building, situated at the entrance to  

 the Rock Park conservation area, is a  

 risk to public safety.                 

                                        

 But Graham Williams of the Rock Park   

 Management Group argues that the Grade 

 II listed building is structurally
