 MUSTARD COD CUTLETS                    

 METHOD                                 

                                        

 ■ Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5/375F/190C.

   Season cod with salt and pepper.     

                                        

 ■ Mix together mustard, olive oil and  

   breadcrumbs. Spread one side of each 

   cod cutlet with mustard paste.       

                                        

 ■ Bake cutlets for 15-10 minutes until 

   cod is cooked. Garnish with chives   

   and serve at once.
