 SIGN ON RETURNS                        

                                        

 Sign On returns to C4 tomorrow with    

 changes behind the scenes. Rob Cowley, 

 producer-director for three years, has 

 moved on to other programmes           

                                        

 The new director is Betty Bage, who    

 worked as floor manager on the         

 Listening Eye series. Rachell Bastikar 

 also taught her some sign language.    

                                        

 Rachell herself will co-produce with   

 Bob Duncun.
