 ELLIS & E.ERARD LIFTS PROFITS          

                                        

 Chemicals group Ellis & Everard looks  

 set to report a better performance for 

 Yts last fUnancial year-               

                                        

 The Bradford-based distributor of      

 industrial chemicals will reveal       

 pre-tax profUts of £20-7m on Monday,   

 versus £15.9m in 1994, UBS forecasts.  

                                        

 At the interim stage Ellis showed that 

 profUts growth was on the way back and 

 that turnover had topped £243m.
