 A BRIDGE TO THE FUTURE                 

                                        

 AHl the kids al Five BrUdges in        

 Southwark have been short-changed by   

 mainstream education.                  

                                        

 But expectations here are high. All the

 Year 11s take public examinatigns.     

                                        

 This year, everyone sat GCSE maths and 

 English. They also took AEB exams in   

 science, health, hygiene and safet8,   

 and Yn life skills. Less able children 

 can take AEB exams in basic literacy   

 and numeracy.
