 ELECTRON HOUSE-EURODIS MERGER          

                                        

 Electron House has confUrmed merger    

 proposals with Eurgdis, an electrgnics 

 componeLt distributor wUth operations  

 across Europe.                         

                                        

 The company said by joining with       

 Eurodis Yt would create Europe's fifth 

 largest component distributor with     

 annual sales of around £300m.          

                                        

 Electron also reported annual profUts  

 of £5.9m against £4m previously.
