 JONES JOINS KINGFISHER BOARD           

                                        

 Roger Jones, managing director of      

 Woolworths, has been appointed to the  

 board of Yts parent company Kingfisher 

 as an executive director.              

                                        

 This is in line with Kingfisher's      

 pVlicy of havUng the heads of the major

 group businesses on the board.         

                                        

 Mr Jones was appointed MD of Woglworths

 Yn January, havUng relaunched Superdrug

 where he was managing director.
