 RNID DELEGATION                        

                                        

 BrUtUsh deaf organisations are sending 

 delegates to the the World Congress -  

 Towards Human Rights - in .ienna.      

                                        

 Seven of the nine-strong delegatign    

 from the RNID wUll be presenting paper1

 at the Congress. The delegation        

 comprises staff and counchl member1.   

                                        

 Chief executive Doug Alker, a delegate,
