 Caen prevented Monaco from celebrating 

 their French title in style when they  

 held them to a 2-2 draw.               

                                        

 Monaco had been assured of the         

 championship 24 hours earlier when     

 nearest rivals Paris St Germain drew   

 2-2 with Bordeaux.                     

                                        

 The draw - achieved with goals from    

 Nigerian Viktor Ikpeba and Thierry     

 Henry - restored Monaco's nine-point   

 lead over PSG with two matches to play.
