 and the Labour Government is likely to 

 be businesslike rather than fraternal. 

                                        

 ■ There could be problems over the rate

 of a minimum wage and the level of     

 public sector spending.                

                                        

 ■ Unions expdct a shift in the         

 anti-union culture seen in many        

 workplaces and Government help in      

 tackling unemployment, long hours, poor

 training, low wages and low-quality    

 jobs.
