 During the build-up to the election the

 Labour Party opened a separate Internet

 web site devoted just to the campaign. 

                                        

 ■ It used the latest design techniques 

 and even offered advice to school      

 children on the best ways to hold a    

 mock election.                         

                                        

 ■ The Lib Dems showed they had a sense 

 of humour, by including a Fantasy      

 General Election game, which challenged

 users to make take on the role of party

 leaders and fight their way to victory.
