 Vicars' wives think their husbands are 

 overworked and underpaid according to a

 new survey carried out in Devon.       

                                        

 The survey of over 100 wives was       

 carried out by Susan Avis, whose       

 husband Paul is a sub-Dean of Exeter   

 Cathedral and vicar of Stoke Cannon.   

                                        

 Her research covered part of the Exeter

 diocese and concluded that most vicars 

 worked more than 60hrs a week.
