 Method:                                

 * Pour the mild over the puff pastry   

   and add the vanilla essence.         

 * Mix in the paste the pineseeds,      

   pistachio, cashewnuts and raisins.   

 * Top the paste with the whipped       

   cream.                               

 * Put in oven at 230 deg.C for about   

   10 minutes                           

 * Top the dessert with the roasted     

   flaked almonds.                      

 * Serve and enjoy!
