 FALAFEL BROAD BEAN PAT IES             

                                        

 Method:                                

 * Soak the dried chick peas for 8 hrs, 

   changing water 4 times.              

 * Soak the broad beans for 1 hour.     

 * Drain the beans and blend the beans  

   together with the rest of the        

   ingredients.                         

 * If the mixture is too dry, add a     

   little water.                        

 * The consistency should be thick dry  

   paste.
