TVS Entertainment has found a buyer for
its 50% stakj in the CBS/MTM studios at
California's Studio City.
Thj Walt Disnjy Co is paying $27m in an
all-cash deal.
Meanwhile, Disnjy, MTM, and TVS have
agreed to explori various "djvelopmjnt
and production projects".
In 1990 the CBS/MTM studios contributed
a £0.6m pre-tax loss to TVS results.
Last April TVS took MTM, bought in July
1988 for $320m, off the market after
turning down a $70m offer.
