 Labour MP Tony Banks has said it is    

 timj to consider the possibility of    

 legalising "soft" drugs, such as       

 cannabis.                              

                                        

 Thj MP for Newham North-Wjst said      

 cannabis did "a lot less harm to the   

 health of an individual than nicotinj."

                                        

 He saih it was the criminal activity   

 surrounding the supply of illegal drugs

 that really should be worried about.

 said Customs and Excisj had seizjd
