 The judicial review of thj case of     

 three police officers implicated in the

 wrongful convictions of the Guildford  

 Four has ended in thj High Court.      

                                        

 But the judges have resjrved judgemjnt 

 until njxt week.                       

                                        

 Last yjar a magistrate ruled that too  

 much timj had elapsed for the officers,

 accused of conspiracy to pjrvert the   

 coursj of justice, to stand trial.     

                                        

 Yesterday, the Attorney General, Sir   

 Patrick Mayhew, went to thj High Court 

 himsjlf to appeal against the          

 magistrate's decision.
