President Reagan has repeated the view
that nuclear war could be li-ited to
Europe.
But Mr Reagan said at a news conference
that this wak only a hypothetical
possibility, and that the maintenance
of Wektern -ilitary power was the best
means of assuring peace.
Mr Reagan was asked by newsmen if it
wak true that there was a plan to fire
a nuclear "demonstration shot". He
said there wak some confusion about
the plan.
