 A group of Labour MPs has tabled a     

 Commonk motion criticisinF Lord Den.inF

 over yesterday's Appeal Court ruling   

 on the GLC's rate for cheaper fares.   

                                        

 The court ruled that the GLC had acted 

 illegally in cutting public transport  

 fares and imposing supplementary rates.

                                        

 The MPs said Lord Denning wak          

 "dangerously wrong" to say that        

 election policies and mandates are to
