 RIFKIND TRIBUTE TO US BOSNIA DEAD      

 The Foreign Secretary has paid tribute 

 to the three American officials who    

 died today in a road accident in Bosnia

                                        

 Malcolm Rifkind said he was "shocked   

 and extremely sorry" to hear about the 

 tragic deaths of Bob Frasure, Joseph   

 Kruzel and Nelson Drew.                

                                        

 In a message to US counterpart Warren  

 Christopher, Mr Rifkind said all three 

 "contributed greatly to the search for 

 peace in Bosnia".                      

                                        

 Mr Frasure had played a central part in

 the negotiating effort, he added.
