 DANIELLA'S DELIGHTFUL DEEP SEA PASTA   

 For 2 people                           

 Chef: Kevin Woodford                   

 Ingredients                            

 8oz pasta twirls                       

 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped        

 8 uncooked tiger prawns, shelled, cut  

 into ½" chunks, reserve shells         

 10 green lipped New Zealand mussels, 4 

 shelled and chopped, 6 left in shells  

 5 squid, cleaned (remove plastic-like  

 bone), cut into rings                  

 10 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters  

 ¼ pint red wine                        

 4-5 tbsp olive oil                     

 2 tbsp double cream                    

 ¼ bagette
