Jose Maria Olazabal said he would
probably turn down a Rzder Cup wild
card ticket if he were offered one.
The Spaniard looked set to be named by
as one of Bernard Gallacher's two
captain's choices for the contest
against the Americans in September.
But the injury to his right toe which
has plagued him all season looks likely
to put him out of contention.
"I have to talk to Bernard but most
probably I will decline the invitation.
I feel I am not in a position
physically to be in the team. It is as
simple as that," he said.
