 US peace envoy Robert Frasure has been 

 killed in Bosnia. Paul Wood reports:   

                                        

 Mr Frasure has been given credit for   

 outlining a deal under which President 

 Milosevic would recognise Bosnia within

 its current borders.                   

                                        

 This is in return for the lifting of   

 sanctions on rump Yugoslavia, Serbia   

 and Montenegro. That deal though is far

 from being sown up.                    

                                        

 It may require concessions on territory

 from Sarajevo which the Bosnians have  

 indicated they are not prepared to make
