 PROTEST AT RAPID  EACTION FORCE DELAYS 

 The UN Security Council has accused    

 Croatia and Bosnia of blocking the     

 deployment of the Rapid onaction Force,

 which was set up two months ago.       

                                        

 The council has called on both         

 countries to "remove all impediments"  

 and allow freedom of movement for the  

 mainly Anglo-French force. See 161     

                                        

 Croatia and Bosnia want control of the 

 movement of the force, but the UN      

 rejects claims for a new agreement.    

                                        

 Meanwhile, a summit proposed by        

 President Yeltsin to settle the Bosnian

 crisis is likely to be held in October.
