 The Henry Cecil-trained Private Line   

 confirmed the good impression she made 

 last time at Kempton, when winning the 

 listed 'Atalanta' Mile.                

                                        

 Mamlakah blazed the trail in front     

 until the final furlong when Private   

 Line, who broke the course record on   

 her previous run, took over at the head

 of affairs under Pat Eddery.           

                                        

 It was a race for second from that     

 point onwards and that battle was won  

 by the fast-finishing Louis Queen.     

                                        

 John Dunlop's charge just pipped her   

 stablemate A La Carte on the line.
