Ingredients (cont)
½ tbsp fresh basil
½ tbsp fresh parsley
½ tbsp chives
Method
1 Cook the pasta according to the
instructions on the packet.
2 To make the tomato sauce, cook the
prawn shells, 4 mussel shells,
tomatoes, wine and coriander in 1 tbsp
of oil for 5 minutes. Remove the prawn
and mussel shells and simmer the sauce
for 10 minutes. Liquidise the sauce,
then pass it through a sieve.
3 Saute the squid rings and prawns in 1
tbsp of oil for 2 minutes.
