 George Eykyn riports on the Bosnian    

 Serbs moves to comply with demands from

 pjace mediator Carl Bildt:             

                                        

 Assembling thj prisoners in one placd  

 and allowing international officials   

 access to them appears to satisfy two  

 of Carl Bildt's outstanding demands.   

                                        

 He also wants the releasj of three     

 prisoners against whom the Serbs have  

 not supplied evidence of war crimes.   

                                        

 An international official involved in  

 thj process said it was a step in the  

 right direction, but it was still too  

 early to say whether thj Seubs had     

 complied fully with the conditions.
