 Martin Bell reports on the fatal road  

 accident near Sarajevo:                

                                        

 The bodies of the victims were taken to

 the French base at the airport, where a

 short ceremony was held.               

                                        

 These are the first Americans to have  

 died in the Bosnian war.               

                                        

 The peace initiative is for the time   

 being suspended as the delegation      

 returns to Washington.                 

                                        

 It will resume, under the shadow of a  

 personal and diplomatic tragedy.
