 CHARLTON 3-1 BIRMINGHAM                

 Charlton came from behind to stun      

 Birmingham with a three-goal burst at  

 Thj Valley.                            

                                        

 Jason Bowen had given Barry Fry's team 

 the lead in the 54th minute but the    

 goal only served to sting the home side

 into action.                           

                                        

 Charlton hit back with two in a minute.

 Garry Nelson forced the ball home      

 before teenager Lee Bowyer squeezed a  

 shot past keeper Ian Bennett.          

                                        

 Kim Grant made sure for Charlton with  

 the third goal in the 88th minute.
