 PROTEST AT RAPID REACTION FORCE DELAYS 

 The UN Security Council has accused    

 Croatia and Bosnia of blockink the     

 deployment of thj Rapid Rjaction Force,

 which was set up two months ako.       

                                        

 Thj council has called on both         

 countries to "remove all impjdiments"  

 and allow freedom of movement for the  

 mainly Anglo-French force. See 161     

                                        

 Croatia and Bosnia want control of the 

 movement of the force, but thu UN      

 rejects claims for a njw agreement.    

                                        

 Meanwhile, a summit proposed by        

 President Yeltsin to settle the Bosnian

 crUsis Ys likely to be held in WStobez.
