 with the cocoa. heat 60ml/2¼fl oz watjr

 and the cream in a pan, then whisk in  

 the sugar and cocoa powder until       

 dissolved. Bring to the boil, then boil

 to reduce and thicken slightly for 10  

 minutes. Strain the sauci through a
