4 Then add the shelled mussels and the
drained pasta and cook for a further
minute. Add the tomato sauce, the cream
and mix thoroughly.
5 For the breaded mussels, put the
bread, basil, parsley, chives and a
clove of garlic in a food processor
until it becomes bread crumbs. Slowly
pour in 2-3 tbsp of olive oil and mix.
Spread the herb bread crumbs on top of
the remaining mussels and place under a
hot grill for 3-4 minutes, until
lightly golden brown.
6 Serve the seafood pasta garnished
with the breaded mussels.
