 Broadway Flyer is in tremendous form   

 and I was delighted with his run in the

 King George when fifth behind Lammtarra

                                        

 It wasn't the easiest race to go for   

 but he excelled himself, finishing just

 two lengths behind and keeping on well 

 - it was probably his best performance.

                                        

 He runs next Sunday (27 August) in the 

 Grand Prix de Deauville Lancel over one

 mile and four-and-a-half furlongs.     

                                        

 After that he probably goes to Cologne 

 at the end of September. They are both 

 Group 1 races and hopefully we'll avoid

 the best of the 1½m horses who will be 

 in the Arc, which we are giving a miss.
