 The Royal British Legion has held a    

 variety of events throughout Wales to  

 commemorate the anniversary of VJ Day. 

                                        

 There was a service of thanksgiving at 

 Pembroke Castle and youngsters marked  

 the 50th anniversary with a sports day 

 at Neath in West Glamorgan.            

                                        

 Meanwhile, at Cardiff Castle organisers

 held rehearsals for tomorrow's day of  

 celebrations which will be in the      

 presence of HRH the Prince of Wales.   

                                        

 It will be the largest gathering in    

 Wales of ex-service people since 1945.
