 HINCHCLIFFE RULED OUT FOR SEASON       

 Everton defender Andy Hinchcliffe has  

 been ruled out for the rest of the     

 season with knee ligament damage.      

                                        

 He damaged his knee when he crashed    

 into advertising boards during         

 Everton's draw with Leeds on Saturday. 

                                        

 Thj news will come as a blow to England

 as well as the Blues, with Hinchcliffe 

 recently emerging in Glenn Hoddle's    

 World Cup plans.                       

                                        

 Hinchcliffe was a surprise call-up when

 Hoddle named his first England team for

 the 3-0 win over Moldova in September.
