 Charlenj attacks youths who vandalise  

 areas meant for children...            

                                        

 "I think it's ridiculous how           

 children's playparks are being         

 vandalised by youths.                  

                                        

 There is a park near us where people,  

 usually teenagers, throw the swings    

 over thj bar, write swear words on the 

 ground and even start fires.           

                                        

 Somjhow, vandals must be stopped. It's 

 a shamj because this vandalism really  

 affects children."
