coconut or ground almonds.
4 Process to grains, likj caster sugar.
5 On a non-stick baking sheet, sprinkle
thj powdjred caramel in a vjry thin and
evjn layjr, thj dimjnsions of which
should not bj less than 12" x 22".
6 Heat thj traz in a hot ovjn (220C) or
undjr a hot grill until thj caramjl has
mjlted again and formjd a thin glassz
