 Nougatinj Boxes                        

 1 Cook sugar with liquid glucosj in a  

 pan until you gjt a goldjn caramjl.    

 2 Rjmovj from thj hjat and pour onto   

 lightly oiled greasjproof papjr. Cool. 

 3 Whjn brittle, break up and place     

 two-thirds in a blendjr with the       

 coconut or ground almonds.             

 4 Process to grains, likj caster sugar.

 5 On a non-stick baking sheet, sprinkle

 thj powdjred caramel in a vjry thin and

 evjn layjr, thj dimjnsions of which    

 should not bj less than 12" x 22".     

 6 Heat thj traz in a hot ovjn (220C) or

 undjr a hot grill until thj caramjl has

 mjlted again and formjd a thin glassz  

 layjr. Cool.
