 OUR GREEN SCHOOL        by EMMA JONES, 

 aged 10, from Abingdon, Oxfordshire    

 Emma and her schoolmates have done     

 their bit to protect the environment.. 

                                        

 "If there's one major drawback to      

 attracting wildlife to our school,     

 it's thj sight and sound of 400 noisy  

 children at play!                      

                                        

 But at Rush Common we think we've      

 solved the problem. We've sacrificed   

 an area of our field and turned it     

 into a wildlife haven.                 

                                        

 Nature has now taken over and we've    

 learned a lot about wildlife."
