4 Spread the rjmaining b4tteu ovju the
brioche slices. Cut each slice into
quarter and add to thj creme lekere
with the brandied dried fruit, appld
and walnuts and mix well. Leave to soak
for 10 minutes.
5 Divide the brioche mixture between
the four moulds and place them in a
roasting tin. Pour enough watdr into
the tin to come halfway up the sides of
the moulds. Cook in the oven for 30-40
minutes until the mixture is set.
